\u7df4\u4f73\u6615<\/strong>\u4ee5\u81a0\u5f69\u4f5c\u70ba\u5275\u4f5c\u5a92\u6750\uff0c\u904b\u7528\u7926\u7269\u984f\u6599\u7d30\u7dfb\u5806\u758a\u8272\u5c64\uff0c\u5efa\u7acb\u51fa\u6c89\u975c\u800c\u5167\u6582\u7684\u756b\u9762\u7bc0\u594f\uff0c\u4e26\u4ee5\u85cd\u8272\u4f5c\u70ba\u4f5c\u54c1\u4e2d\u53cd\u8986\u51fa\u73fe\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u8996\u89ba\u8a9e\u5f59\u3002\u5c0d\u5979\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u85cd\u8272\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u591c\u665a\u7684\u8272\u5f69\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u80fd\u5920\u627f\u8f09\u60c5\u7dd2\u3001\u6642\u9593\u611f\u8207\u7a7a\u9593\u611f\u7684\u8868\u73fe\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u7df4\u4f73\u6615<\/strong>\u7684\u4f5c\u54c1\u4e2d\uff0c\u4eba\u7269\u4e26\u4e0d\u5e38\u76f4\u63a5\u51fa\u73fe\uff0c\u4f46\u756b\u9762\u4e26\u975e\u5168\u7136\u7a7a\u7121\u3002\u684c\u4e0a\u7684\u751c\u9ede\u3001\u5192\u8457\u71b1\u6c23\u7684\u5668\u7269\u3001\u5ba4\u5167\u5fae\u4eae\u7684\u71c8\u5149\uff0c\u6216\u9060\u65b9\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u5149\u9ede\uff0c\u90fd\u6210\u70ba\u6697\u793a\u751f\u6d3b\u75d5\u8de1\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u7dda\u7d22\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u7d30\u7bc0\u4f7f\u756b\u9762\u5728\u51b7\u8272\u57fa\u8abf\u4e4b\u4e2d\u4fdd\u6709\u6eab\u5ea6\uff0c\u4e5f\u8b93\u4f5c\u54c1\u6240\u63cf\u7e6a\u7684\u591c\u8272\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u5bc2\u975c\uff0c\u66f4\u5e36\u6709\u67d0\u7a2e\u8207\u65e5\u5e38\u76f8\u9023\u7684\u89aa\u8fd1\u611f\u3002<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Lian Chia-Shin<\/strong> works primarily with nihonga<\/em>-inspired mineral pigments, meticulously layering colors to construct a quite, restrained visual rhythm. Blue serves as a recurring and essential visual language in her practice. For the artist, blue is not merely the color of night, but a means of carrying emotion, a sense of time, and spatial perception.<\/p>\n

This exhibition centers on the series Blue Night<\/em> and Night Walkers in the City<\/em>, presenting the artist\u2019s recent explorations and transformations of nocturnal urban landscapes, everyday scenes, and psychological states. Incorporating her experience in photographic framing into painting, Lian employs multi-perspective compositions and shifting viewpoints. Her works thus move beyond depictions of external scenery, becoming reflections on lived experience and inner conditions. The spaces within her paintings are often quiet and expansive, imbued with a sense of pause that captures the distinctive rhythm and mode of perception associated with nighttime.<\/p>\n

Figures rarely appear directly in Lian\u2019s work, yet her compositions are far from empty. Desserts placed on a table, steaming vessels, softly lit interiors, or distant city lights all act as subtle traces of human presence. These details introduce warmth into her cool-toned palette, allowing the nocturnal scenes she depicts to feel not only tranquil, but also intimately connected to everyday life.<\/p>\n

In addition to interior and street scenes, the exhibition also features broader subjects such as the ocean, architecture, and urban boundaries. These vast natural and built environments reflect the relationship of scale between humans and their surroundings, further expanding the notion of the \u201cNight walker.\u201d Rather than emphasizing loneliness or alienation, Lian uses light, objects, and spatial arrangements within the night to guide viewers toward moments that are often overlooked. Through this process, she invites a reconsideration of the unfamiliar within the familiar, unfolding a narrative that exists between reality and perception.<\/p>\n

Lian Chia-Shin graduated from the Department of Calligraphy and Painting Arts at National Taiwan University of Arts. She has participated in the group exhibition\u201cYoung &Top – Apollo Gallery Emerging Artist Exhibition\u201d<\/em>and was awarded Third Prize in the Nihonga category at the 2023 New Taipei City Art Exhibition. Her works were also presented at the Apollo Gallery booth in ART TAINAN 2024 and ART TAICHUNG 2025, through which she has steadily developed her artistic practice and exhibition experience.<\/p>\n
